- This project involved the construction of a highly advanced Level 3 bio-containment lab
- As part of the design build team, Botting provided specialized mechanical systems including; HEPA filtration of exhaust air, treatment of all sanitary waste leaving the lab and extensive fail safe controls and system backups to maintain containment
- Construction was carried out quickly and efficiently within an operational medical research facility
- Design, build, commissioning, as well as Health Canada certification were all achieved within seven months
