Highlights
- Located on the westside of Lethbridge in the community of Garry Station, this new elementary consists of 65,000 SQFT and will initially host up to 600 students.
- The design build process between the bridging consultants, project delivery consultants and contracting team offered great insights and teamwork in a collaborative work environment.
- The new mechanical system includes, indoor air handling units, ventilation distribution, boiler plant, hot water heating, domestic water and sanitary systems.
